This has been a really good week. I’m on solid food and eating regularly, which I feel has boosted my metabolism. I’m enjoying food, but I can only eat about half a cup of food and I’m full. So I’m still learning to pace myself and not end up feeling stuffed.
I am now down 37 pounds.
